With over a decade of experience across early childhood, K–12, and adult education settings, Aurora helps make complex educational systems feel clearer and more navigable.​​
Founded by Experience
Aurora Academic Consulting Services was founded by Nacadia Facey, an experienced educator leader with a deep understanding of how complex and often overwhelming educational systems can be for learners, families, and educators alike.
With more than a decade of experience supporting diverse learning communities across early childhood, K–12, and adult education settings, Nacadia brings a systems-aware perspective grounded in real-world practice. Throughout her work, she has provided steady leadership, guided teams and families, and supported schools in strengthening structures that improve access and outcomes for students.
Her work centers on helping individuals navigate academic processes, understand learning needs, and make informed decisions with clarity and confidence.​
Aurora was created from a belief that meaningful support begins with listening. Every engagement is rooted in collaboration, respect, and care, recognizing that each learner’s experience is shaped by unique strengths, challenges, and contexts. Through thoughtful guidance and partnership, Nacadia helps clients move forward feeling informed, supported, and empowered.
